ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS THROUGH USE

SEVERABILITY AND INTEGRATION

agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Aizium Enterprise
(Aizium) with respect to this site and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous
communications and proposals (whether oral, written, or electronic) between
you and Aizium with respect to this site. If any part of these Terms of Use
is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner
consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original
intentions of the parties, and the remaining portions shall remain in full
force and effect.
ACCESS OF ACCOUNT
Aizium offers FREE and PREMIUM accounts for users to post advertisements on residential properties for sale or for rent. Each user may register for one account only. FREE account users may upgrade to PREMIUM account anytime.
SINGAPOREHOME.INFO IS ONLY AN ADVERTISING VENUE
Our site acts as a venue for real estate
advertisers. We are not involved in the actual real estate transaction. As
a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items
advertised, the truth or accuracy of the ads, the ability of owners to sell
or rent items or the ability of interested parties to buy or rent items.
We cannot ensure that a transaction will actually be completed. Featured
properties are automatically selected at random.
ADVERTISER IDENTITY
Because user authentication on the Internet
is difficult, Aizium cannot and does not confirm each advertiser's purported
identity.
RELEASE
Because we are not involved in the actual
transaction, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more users,
you release Aizium (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries and
employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of
every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed
and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
INFORMATION CONTROL
We do not control the information provided
by other users which is made available through our system. You may find
other user's information to be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or deceptive.
Please use caution, common sense, and due diligence when using our site.
Please note that there are also risks of dealing with foreign nationals,
underage persons or people acting under false pretense.
THIRD PARTY SITES
This site may produce automated search results
or otherwise link you to other sites on the Internet. These sites may contain

These other sites are not under the control of Aizium, and you acknowledge
that Aizium is not responsible for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality,

of such a link does not imply endorsement of the site by Aizium or
any association with its operators.
PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
You acknowledge and agree that all content
and materials available on this site are protected by copyrights, trademarks,
service marks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights and laws.
Except as expressly authorized by Aizium, you agree not to sell, license,
rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly

or content. Notwithstanding the above, you may print or download one copy
of the materials or content on this site on any single computer for your
personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all copyright and

INDEMNIFICATION
Upon a request by Aizium, you agree to defend,
indemnify, and hold harmless Aizium and its subsidiary and other affiliated
companies, and their employees, contractors, officers, and directors from
all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney's fees, that arise
from your use or misuse of this site. Aizium reserves the right, at it own
expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise
subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with
Aizium in asserting any available defenses.
INTERNATIONAL USE
Aizium makes no representation that materials
on this site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside Singapore,
and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is
prohibited. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do
so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local
laws.
CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM
These Terms of Use shall be governed by
and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. You expressly agree
that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or
relating to these Terms of Use or your use of this site shall be filed only
in the Republic of Singapore, and you further agree and submit to the exercise
of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any
such claim or action.
CHARGES, BILLING AND CANCELLATION
Aizium reserves the right to change our fees
or billing methods at any time. Aizium will provide notice of any such
change at least 30 days in advance by email. If you don't like the changes
in fees or billing methods, you may cancel your account at any time, but
Aizium will not refund any portion of the quarterly fee when you cancel
your account. You understand and agree that the cancellation of your account
is the sole right and remedy in respect to any dispute with Aizium. As an
account holder you are responsible for all charges incurred made by you
or anyone who has access to use your account. Any separate charges or obligations that
you incur in your dealings with third parties are your responsibility and
are not part of the fee charged for your SingaporeHome.info account.
Aizium reserves the right to offer free or discount promotional advertising
to selected properties at the sole discretion of Aizium.
TERMINATION
Aizium reserves the right, in its sole discretion,
to terminate your access to all or part of this site, and to remove any
of your advertisements or close your account, with or without notice. If
Aizium removes your ad or terminates your account, you will receive a refund
for the unused portion of your most recent payment(s).
REGARDING PRIVACY
Personal and financial account information will not be sold or shared with any third party.
